Patricia H. White, Executive Director
Pat has been a tireless and committed advocate for the impoverished uninsured for most of her professional career. In addition to her executive leadership and guidance of WV Health Right, she is a past president of the National Association of Free Clinics and currently serves as Treasurer of NAFC. She served in the WV House of Delegates for 10 years and promoted legislation to improve health care for the uninsured. Additionally, she was Director of WV Health Systems’ Regionalization project, a Planning Director for the Regional Intergovernmental Council, and a high school math teacher. She received her Masters of Public Administration & Public Health from WVU/Marshall University College of Graduate Studies.
Tamara Mollohan, Financial Coordinator
Tammy joined the clinic staff eight years ago as the Financial Coordinator. In addition to her myriad of financial and accounting duties, each year she coordinates the clinic’s community fundraising event. Prior to coming to WV Health Right, she has 25 years practice manager experience. Tammy graduated from University of Charleston with a BA in Business Administration.
Angela Settle, Clinical Coordinator
Angie has held several positions with WV Health Right since 1997. She currently serves as the Clinical Coordinator and manages all day-to-day clinical activities as well as coordinates the schedules of the 450 medical professionals who volunteer at WV Health Right. Angie received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Marshall University in 1997.
Rhonda Francis, Pharmacy Coordinator
Rhonda came to WV Health Right in 1999 as a pharmacy technician. In 2004 she was promoted to Pharmacy Coordinator and has been instrumental in the implementation of WVRx as well as growing the capacity of the clinic’s pharmacy. Prior to joining WV Health Right, Rhonda worked for both Walmart and K-Mart’s pharmacies.
Camille Arceneaux, Dental Clinic Coordinator
Camille has an extensive background both as a practicing dental hygienist and as an instructor. She has spent much of her professional career promoting oral and community health. Camille served as WV Health Right’s first Dental Clinic Coordinator and recently returned to that position after teaching in the Department of Dental Hygiene at WVU Institute of Technology. Camille earned her M.S. in Community Health Promotion from the WVU Graduate School.
Brenda Dane, WVRx Director
Brenda joined the staff at WV Health Right in January 2008 to manage the implementation of the statewide central fill pharmacy. Prior to directing WVRx, Brenda was employed by the Health Literacy Foundation as its Executive Development Director.
Ann Hyre, Development Director
Ann joined WV Health Right in 2008 after working most of her professional life in job training and placement. She has an extensive background in grant writing at the local, state, and federal levels. She obtained her B.A. from Hood College in Frederick, MD.
Brenda Parker, Office Manager
Brenda came to WV Health Right in 2000 and performs many essential functions for the clinic. She currently serves as the front office supervisor, behavioral health coordinator, and health educator. Brenda brings a comprehensive knowledge of social services that she utilizes to advocate for patient care, both clinically and personally. Brenda received a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Marshall University in 2000 and is a licensed Social Worker.
